This website is operated by Saltire Facilities Solutions Ltd ("Saltire", "SFS", "we", "us"), a company registered in Scotland (company no. SC629867), with its registered office at 1037 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G3 7TZ. Our trading address is Suite 3.10, 1 Barrack Street, Hamilton ML3 0DG. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. The information we collect

• Enquiry and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, the type of cleaning required, estimated start date and project details.

• Emails and calls: the information you give us when you contact us directly.

• Website usage: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies where you have consented. See our cookie policy.

3. How we use your information and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation: steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.

• To deliver and manage contracts with our clients: performance of a contract.

• To keep business records and meet legal, tax and health and safety obligations: legal obligation.

• To understand how our website is used and improve it: consent (for non-essential cookies).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary, with: our website platform provider (Wix.com), our email and office software provider (Microsoft 365), our IT, accounting and professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where required by law. These providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your data secure.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Client and contract records are kept for 6 years after the end of the contract to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
