Who we are
Specialist cleaning for construction and commercial clients
Saltire Facilities Solutions Ltd (SFS) provides construction cleaning, site welfare cleaning and commercial and industrial contract cleaning across Scotland. We work for main contractors including GRAHAM, Tilbury Douglas, Cruden and Heron Bros, as well as businesses that need reliable, well-managed cleaning for their premises.
Our office is in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, which puts Glasgow, Lanarkshire and the Central Belt within easy reach.
We know that no two clients' needs are the same. Every contract starts with understanding your site or building, then agreeing a schedule and scope that fit it. After that, we stay in regular contact so the service keeps pace with your project or business.

How we deliver our service
Safety first
The safety of our employees, your employees and the public comes first. We follow a strict health and safety policy and carry out site-specific risk assessments before any work starts.
Reliable people
Staff are vetted and selected for their work ethic and commitment, trained in health and safety, and work in Saltire uniform and PPE.
Quality checked
We audit and review the quality of our work through regular inspections, and deal with any issue straight away.
Tailored and responsive
A bespoke schedule for every client, and management ready to adapt as your requirements change.
Compliance & documents
Insurance and compliance
We hold £5m Public Liability and £10m Employers' Liability insurance. Certificates are available on request. We provide site-specific RAMS and COSHH data sheets for each contract, and some of our team hold CSCS cards.
RAMS and COSHH information are prepared for each site and provided before work starts. Contact us if you need any other documents for your supplier approval process.
