16-storey studio tower
St Vincent Studios, St Vincent Street, for GRAHAM
A 16-storey, 321-studio tower built by GRAHAM for Artisan Real Estate. We cleaned the site cabins every working day for the life of the build, prepared the marketing suite and sample flats, delivered floor-by-floor builders cleans, and sparkle cleaned every residential level from 1 to 14. We were on site through handover week in July 2026, and came back afterwards with a scrubber dryer for specialist floor cleaning.

Site welfare
Central Quay (Alexander Quay), West End, for GRAHAM
GRAHAM is building a 21-storey, 934-bed student development north of the Clyde. We have looked after the site cabins and welfare facilities since autumn 2025, keeping the site team's offices, canteen and welfare clean as the building rises.

Student accommodation
A 12-storey, 551-bed student building in the heart of the city.
We delivered the full cleaning package, from GRAHAM's site cabins and welfare in the early stages to phased builders cleans with internal window cleaning, room turnarounds for client snagging, and a sparkle clean of the whole building before handover in June 2025. GRAHAM has kept us on for aftercare cleaning since.

Housing development
Just outside the city: Hawkhead Mews, Paisley, for Cruden
Cruden brought us in partway through the build to take over the cleaning on its 37-home Hawkhead Mews development.
We delivered builders and sparkle cleans release by release until the last homes were handed over.

City-centre sites are tight. Deliveries are booked to the minute, lifts and hoists are shared, and neighbours are close.
Our teams are used to working in that environment: inducted, in the correct PPE, and planned around the programme so cleans happen when areas are released, not when it suits us. Our Hamilton base is around 25 minutes from the city centre, so mobilising for a new phase or an extra clean is straightforward.
