What's included in an end of tenancy clean?
A full top-to-bottom clean of an empty property: kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, every room's surfaces, internal windows, skirtings and floors. See the checklist above. Carpet and upholstery cleaning can be added.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. Cleaning works best once furniture and belongings have been removed, so every surface can be reached. Tell us if items are being left and we'll plan around them.
Do you work with letting agents and landlords with several properties?
Yes. We work with property clients including Artisan Real Estate and City Premier Properties, and can set up a simple arrangement for void cleans, check-ins and communal areas across your portfolio.
