Every contract starts with a free site visit and a written specification for your building, scheduled daily, weekly or out of hours and checked through regular inspections. You get the same supervision and paperwork we provide on main-contractor sites: RAMS, COSHH data sheets and a direct contact who knows your premises.
No two buildings are the same, so we don't use a standard specification. We agree a cleaning schedule based on how your premises are used, then keep in regular contact so it changes when your needs do. We also provide end of tenancy and property cleaning for tenants, landlords and letting agents.

High-level cleaning
Dust and debris removed from racking, ducting, beams, pipework and light fittings, using access methods set out in the RAMS for your site, with before-and-after photographs.
Floor scrubbing & machine surrounds
Scrubbing of large hard-floor areas, and cleaning of floors around machinery while equipment is stopped or isolated in line with your site's procedures.
Yards & loading bays
Pressure washing of yards, loading bays, ramps and external paving to remove oil, grime and debris, with cordons in place while we work.
Out-of-hours & shift-pattern cleaning
Cleaning between shifts, overnight, at weekends or during planned shutdowns, so production and deliveries carry on as normal.

We complete your site induction and follow your safety rules and PPE requirements. Site-specific RAMS are provided before work starts, with COSHH data sheets for every product we use.

Water-fed pole and traditional window cleaning for offices, retail, schools and multi-storey buildings, planned around safe access for each building.
Kitchen deep cleaning
Canopies, ductwork and kitchen surfaces degreased and cleaned with food-safe products, following a survey of the system. Before-and-after photographs and a report are provided.
Graffiti removal
Steam and pressure methods first, with chemical treatments only where needed. COSHH data sheets and risk assessments supplied, and all waste contained and removed.
One-off deep cleans
Periodic and post-refurbishment deep cleans for offices and commercial premises, scheduled out of hours where that suits the building.
End of tenancy cleans
Thorough end of tenancy and pre-let cleans for landlords, letting agents and build-to-rent operators, leaving every unit clean and ready for the next resident.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes. Out-of-hours cleaning is often the best option, as the building is empty while we work and there's no disruption to your staff or visitors.
How is the cleaning specification decided?
We agree a bespoke schedule based on your building, how it's used and the standard you expect, rather than applying a standard specification. It's reviewed with you as your needs change.
Do you offer one-off deep cleans?
Yes. We carry out one-off and periodic deep cleans, including after refurbishments, as well as specialist services such as high-level cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning.
Can you clean around our production shifts?
Yes. We can clean between shifts, overnight, at weekends or during planned shutdowns. We agree times with your site team so cleaning doesn't hold up production or deliveries.
