Apartments
New apartments in Corstorphine, for Cruden and Artisan Real Estate
For main contractor Cruden, we delivered builders and sparkle cleans block by block across a five-block apartment development. That included windows inside and out (using a cherry picker where needed), corridors, stairwells and lifts, and recleans ahead of handover. For the developer, Artisan Real Estate, we've cleaned the sales office and show apartment every week since 2023, and refresh apartments before buyers move in.

Riverside homes
Canonmills, beside the Water of Leith, for Cruden
On a riverside development of around 180 homes, we looked after Cruden's site cabins and welfare facilities, then carried out builders and sparkle cleans block by block. We cleaned the communal corridors from top floor to basement and sparkle cleaned the show flat ready for viewings.

St Kentigern's Academy, Blackburn, West Lothian, for Heron Bros
Live school
A replacement school wing, built while St Kentigern's stayed open.
When RAAC forced the demolition of more than 60% of the school, Heron Bros built a replacement wing while St Kentigern's stayed open. We cleaned the site cabins and welfare facilities throughout the build, deep cleaned school corridors, stairs and the atrium, and responded at short notice when a flood hit the school area. In the final two months we were on site every working day for builders and sparkle cleans, before the wing was handed over to West Lothian Council in April 2026.
