Our staff are vetted, health and safety trained, and work in Saltire uniform and the correct PPE. Some of our team hold CSCS cards. Tell us your site's requirements.

We audit our work through regular inspections. If something falls short of the agreed standard, we deal with it straight away.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a builders clean and a sparkle clean?
A builders clean removes construction dust, debris and residue once the main works are complete. A sparkle clean is the final, detailed clean just before handover or opening, so the building is presented at its best. Many projects need both, and sometimes a further builders clean in between when trades are still on site. Read more about construction cleaning
Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents?
Yes. We complete site-specific risk assessments and method statements before starting work and supply COSHH data sheets for our products. We hold £5m Public Liability and £10m Employers' Liability insurance, and copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hamilton and work across Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire, Edinburgh and Central Scotland, with projects elsewhere in Scotland by arrangement.
